Nearly two weeks after London 2021 and my runs are still based on recovery. So it’s just easy runs and the school drop off hits these perfect for me. Jacob rides in on his Squish with me running along side usually in my mizuno Sky 5’s or On Cloud Ultra, sometimes it’s sprint, next moment we are stopped to check out the ducks or cows in the park. Then it’s just a steady return home and off to VeloRunner for the day😄
