Our first big community ride of the year rolls out on 14th January, and it’s a beauty: a 46‑mile winter gravel adventure from Stockport back home to Velorunner in Stone. This route is all about variety — weaving together quiet country lanes, long‑forgotten railway lines, and peaceful canal towpaths as we make our way south.

We’ll keep things steady at a 10–15 mph leisure pace, perfect for riders who want to enjoy the scenery, chat with the group, and settle into the rhythm of winter miles without any pressure.
