Four memorable days in June split between the Lake District, Coast to Coast to Coast ride and two days in Snowdonia NP. I was mostly supporting four guys (three from Siemens and one from Balfor Beaty) including my brother and brother in Law on the Coast to Coast to Coast ride from Arnside in the Lake District across to Redcar on the east coast and back again. A total of 207 miles in a day. The ride was to raise awareness of male suicide and to raise funds for the Samaritans. You can donate to them here. I just happened to have a spare afternoon before the ride to run up Skiddaw and back down toward Lingmell and down Piers Gill.
Friday saw me driving across to Snowdonia to meet up with family for a day in Padarn lake swimming and on the paddle boards
