The Claud Butler Wrath 1.0 has been refreshed for Spring 2026, bringing a host of upgrades to enhance comfort, control, and performance. Highlights include a full-colour display with handlebar-mounted remote, improved lock-on grips, wider 780mm handlebars, and upgraded 180mm disc brake rotors.
Now equipped with Shimano Cues 1x9-speed gearing and an 11–36T cassette, the bike delivers smooth, dependable shifting across a versatile range. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes provide strong, consistent stopping power, while updated eBike software ensures quicker motor engagement when pulling away from a standstill.

Built to handle everything from off-road adventures to daily commutes and relaxed towpath rides, it combines a powerful motor, sleek integrated battery, and modern frame geometry.
A neatly integrated 360Wh battery provides over 40 miles (64km) of assistance, while the Bafang rear hub motor delivers smooth, reliable power with up to 32Nm of torque - ideal for tackling longer climbs with ease. The battery uses premium Samsung cells, can be removed without tools, and charges fully in around 5 hours. A built-in key lock adds extra security when the bike is left unattended.
The easy-to-read full-colour display keeps all your ride data at your fingertips. Choose from five assistance levels and monitor key info such as speed, distance, range, energy use, and even CO₂ savings - all controlled via the handlebar remote. A walk-assist mode also makes it easier to manoeuvre the bike when off the saddle.
Beyond the motor system, the Wrath 1.0 is built for comfort and control. A 100mm suspension fork with hydraulic lockout smooths out uneven terrain, while a Selle Royal saddle and ergonomic lock-on grips ensure a comfortable ride. Rolling on 29-inch wheels with wide 2.40 CST Patrol tyres in a sleek all-black finish, it offers excellent grip, stability, and efficiency on both trails and urban roads.The Claud Butler Wrath 2.0 is available in two sizes; Medium and Large. We recommend the Medium for riders who are 5'4" to 5'10" (162cm to 178cm) and Large for riders who are 5'10" to 6'2" (178cm to 188cm).
